We put everything we know about engineering wood-fired ovens into our Pro Series. Luhnasa Pro Series Ovens feature 3 inches of ceramic fibre insulation between 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel with a 1.5mm lacquered aluminium outer shell. Our favourite feature of these ovens is the design of the oven chamber itself. With almost all wood-fired ovens the stack vents directly out of the oven chamber itself. So even with the door on you are still going to experience heat loss through the stack. In the Pro Series heat cannot escape out of the stack because the door will seal the oven chamber enabling best in class heat retention for maximum versatility in what and how you can cook in a Luhnasa Pro oven. The Luhnasa 60 Pro is 100% handmade in Portugal and comes with a 2 year warranty

Fast Pizzas, Slow Roasts
Because of its design, you can cook quickly with the intense heat necessary for pizzas and flatbreads when the oven door is open. Once the door is closed, there cannot be fire (as the air intake is cut) and the heat is retained inside the chamber, cooking the food through conduction and convection.

* The smaller the pieces the faster they burn, producing more heat and transforming into embers sooner. We recommend starting with small pieces to get the fire going and the temperature to rise faster, then adding larger pieces to maintain temperature while cooking.
